Overton stars with an error-free 64

Jeff Overton fired a bogey-free 64 to claim the outright lead at the Byron Nelson Championship, finishing the day one shot ahead of compatriot Ryan Palmer.
The American, who has only had one top-10 finish this season, holed six birdies including four on the back nine to end the day well set on six-under par.
Fellow American Ryan Palmer is out on his own in second after an action-packed 65. There were moments he would rather forget, with three bogeys leaving their mark, but a glut of birdies put his bad holes well in the shade.
Sergio Garcia carded a morale-boosting 66. The Spaniard began on the 10th, draining a stunning eagle to immediately get the bloody flowing. He faltered with a bogey but showed resilience by hitting back with a birdie and two more followed down the stretch to put him in an enviable position heading into day two.
Dustin Johnson matched the Spaniard with an equally impressive four-under round. However, unlike Garcia, Johnson got off to a woeful start when double-bogeying the 11th. Six birdies redressed the balance and he'll be sensing a first title of the year.
After a poor opening nine holes, Anthony Kim finished on two-over along with England's Brian Davis.
