Hardy eats elbow as Winner gears up for UFC 132

Dan Hardy is back training in England for his forthcoming battle with Chris Lytle in August, and he revealed on Thursday that Andre Winner is in destructive mood ahead of his own UFC 132 clash with Anthony Njokuani.
Hardy and Winner are long-time Rough House colleagues, both well regarded for their striking skills in their respective welterweight and lightweight divisions.
Winner is preparing for a stand-up battle with Njokuani at UFC 132, which promises to be a Fight of the Night contender. The Brit has lost his last two, while Njokuani has only one win in his last three.
The former is a boxer by trade while the latter is a more rangy Muay Thai man, and both fighters know they are unlikely to get another UFC bout if they lose.
Hardy is helping Winner sharpen up his skills ahead of the July 2 encounter, and he revealed on Twitter that his colleague is doing damage.
"Caught a nice elbow off Andre Winner today," wrote Hardy. "He is looking really sharp and ready for his fight."
