France scrum-half Morgan Parra has signed a new three-year deal with Top 14 champions Clermont Auvergne.
The 22-year-old, named Top 14 player of the year by French newspaper Midi Olympique on Monday, will remain at the club until the end of the 2013-14 season.
The announcement spells the end for media reports linking him with Toulouse, whom Clermont face on Saturday when the domestic season emerges from the shadow of Les Bleus' hammering at the hands of Australia.
Meanwhile, Racing Metro are set to recall fly-half Juan Martin Hernandez for their derby date with Stade Francais on Saturday.
The Argentina international missed their recent Tests due to a hamstring problem but Racing coach Simon Mannix expects him to be fit for a comeback.
