Woods withdraws with neck injury

Tiger Woods has pulled out of the final round at the Players Championship in Florida with a neck injury.
The American had already started his fourth round and was two-over through six holes and two-under for the tournament before deciding to withdraw.
Woods sliced a wild drive well right off the seventh tee and called for an official immediately. The world No. 1 played his recovery shot back to the fairway but grimaced with pain - in a scene reminiscent of his final round efforts at the 2008 US Open - before shaking hands with playing partner Jason Bohn before departing on a golf cart.
After receiving treatment in the physio's trailer, the world No. 1 revealed he had been suffering with the injury since before he returned to action at Augusta last month.
"I've been playing with a bad neck for quite a while," Woods said. "They want me to go get a picture on it next week. I might have a bulging disc.
"I've been playing through it. I can't play through it any more. I'm having a hard time with the pain - there's tingling down my fingers.
"Setting up over the ball is fine, but once I start making the motion it's downhill from there."
