Let's be honest, you wouldn't say it to his face - but nicknames being what they are among men of a certain age, Jake Ball is probably going to be stuck with this one for a while.
And all thanks to the BBC.
The national broadcaster has offered their apologies after their team-sheets for Saturday's Test against Australia mis-named the Wales and Scarlets lock on the live blog.
"We are investigating how this error occurred and the piece was amended as soon as it was spotted," a BBC spokesperson told WalesOnline. "We apologise for any offence that may have been caused."
They named him Jake Ballsack. Need we say more?
The Beeb changed the entry as soon as they realised their error - interesting name for it - but not before Ball's Wales team-mate Jamie Roberts had spotted the 23-year-old's new name and screen-capped it for posterity, the gent.
Haha spot the error @BBCSport @BBCWalesSport ...I'll give you a clue - he plays second row for us!! pic.twitter.com/qSQSztDqcz

Berkshire-born Ball, who made his debut for Wales against Ireland in this year's Six Nations, at least seems able to see the funny side:
Cheers @BBCSport think the name BALLSACK is going to haunt me for the rest of my days lol
