Wasps' Ashley Johnson became just the second player in top level European rugby history to be shown a yellow card in the first minute of the match.
From Wasps' kick-off, Johnson mistimed his tackle on Leinster winger Dave Kearney and took him out in the air. Jerome Garces consulted the TMO before issuing Johnson with a yellow card. Kearney lasted another three minutes before being substituted.
Wasps conceded one try during Johnson's spell in the sin-bin with Fergus McFadden scoring. Johnson follows in the footsteps of Nick Wood in receiving a yellow card in the opening throws of a top-level European match. He was yellow carded against Toulouse in 2012.
There's only been 1 other 1st minute yellow card in #EPCRChampionsCup history - by Nick Wood for @gloucesterrugby v @StadeToulousain in 2012
